The friendly and comfortable holiday home is located in a peaceful cul de sac on the steep coasts of Cala Llombards. To one of the most beautiful beaches on the island it is less than 10 minutes, by car 3 minutes. The house is on a property surrounded by walls and bushes - about 650 m². It has a swimming pool, sauna, covered grill, outdoor shower, car port and a covered, glass panelled terrace facing the south that can be opened during the summer. A terrace goes to the west and offers a shaded space facing the east overgrown with ivy. The house offers accommodation for 4 people with about 132 m². One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.60x2.00m), the second has 2 beds (1.90x0.9m). There are two bathrooms, one with a tub, the other with a shower. The dining room opens up to a west side terrace. The massive construction, central heating, fireplace and sauna allow for a comfortable stay during colder seasons as well.

The peaceful city is not a popular tourist destination, but rather used primarily by friendly Majorcan residents on the weekends and for holidays. Its original character with detached houses has remained preserved during the decades. One of the most beautiful beaches on the island can thus be enjoyed free of hotel complexes. During the season, a small grocery store is open with fresh bread - also on the weekend - year-round you can visit a bar and a restaurant. The beautiful environment invites you to go on walks, hikes or cycling tours during all seasons.

Wir waren im Juni 2009 bereits zum vierten Mal in diesem Haus. Die jeweils 3-wöchigen Aufenthalte waren jedesmal einmalig unvergesslich. Dieses Jahr wurden mit einer neuen Kücheneinrichtung überrascht. Der sehr schöne Strand ist zu Fuss in 10 Min. erreichbar. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen.

Gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus. Wir haben Weihnachten dort verbracht. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Nach der Sauna haben wir gemütliche Abende am Kamin verbracht. Sehr zu empfehlen - auch im Winter. Sehr ruhig - kaum Touristen (Hotels). Vom Haus bis zu den Klippen sind es nur ein paar Meter - wunderschöne Wanderungen entlang der Steilküste möglich. Traumblick übers Meer!!

Mein Mann und ich haben im Februar 2007 eine sehr entspannte Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Anlage und Haus sind sehr gepflegt und hübsch angelegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
