Enjoy a spectacular mountain view as you watch the sunset from the deck of this beautiful home. Casa Bella Vista is 15 minutes from downtown Black Mountain and 25 minutes to downtown Asheville. Close access to the Blue Ridge Parkway and lots of opportunities for outdoor activities. House layout: Ground floor has a den with TV ; Main floor has a bedroom with a queen bed; full hall bath (shower only, no tub); kitchen; living room with gas logs; dining table seats 8; spacious outdoor bi-level deck with lots of seating and a hammock for your enjoyment; upper level: bedroom with 2 double beds; master bedroom with king bed, balcony overlooking the mountain view , and full bath ; SHEETS AND TOWELS PROVIDED for your convenience. Internet and satellite TV newly added in spring 2012 for your enjoyment. PLEASE NOTE: This house has no landline or local phone connection. WE RECOMMEND ARRIVING DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS THE FIRST TIME UP TO THE HOUSE. The last 0.9 mile drive up the mountain is a gravel road. 4WD recommended in snow or heavy rain.
