What makes this apartment unique

Signature Vacation Homes provides high quality rental properties for stays anywhere from 4 nights to 6 months. We have a variety of different places that range from quiet bungalows by the beach to sprawling desert architecturals. We currently have properties in Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Culver City, Palm Springs, Malibu, and Marina Del Rey.

Each of our properties is unique in style and character. All come standard with wireless internet, cable television, DVD players, and luxury bedding. Other unique features include hot tubs, salt water pools, lovely gardens, and rooftop decks. Some also include eco-friendly amenities such as bamboo floors, organic cotton sheets, and instant hot water systems. Most have flat screen TV's and some even come with personal computers for the guests to use during their stay. If there is something you require, let us know and we will do our best to find what you need.
