Stayed in the Carriage House for 2 nights while our daughter decided between University of Kentucky, and another school(she chose Kentucky...Go Wildcats!),,Carriage house was nicely restored with exposed beams, brick walls, and beautiful wood floors. Off street parking in courtyard in front of residence. All modern ammenities including washer and dryer, powder room downstairs and bath with tiled shower upstairs. AC, flatscreen tv. Beds were queens and very comfortable..exposed beams and vaulted ceilings in bedrooms as well. Location was excellent, in the city within walking distance of attractions..very short drive(5 min) to UK, and easy access to the surounding countryside...Horsepark,Keeneland etc...This would be a great place to stay long term..Plenty of room to spread out..lots of storage etc. We would definitely stay here again, and hope to do so soon.
