The cutest house

A great small house! Wonderful location, great outdoor, cozy indoor. It has been wonderful for our family (two adults and two small children). Great living space, well organized, with two good size bedrooms and a nice kitchen-dining room area. Nice for guests too in the cozy little loft space.
Very private with the large yard and off-street parking space.
We loved the proximity to Skidmore and downtown. Enjoyed walking to Broadway and back.
We will miss it!

Wonderful house and close to everything

This is a lovely, little house that has been just perfect for our family (two adults and two small children). The house is close to both the city centre and Skidmore College. The garden is spacious and perfect for kids. Fully equipped with all kitchen-utensils as well as towels and linens, we haven´t missed a thing.

The owner has been very service minded and flexible which has been much appreciated.

We would definitely recommend this house!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
