Completely renovated in 2011 – This 5th floor oceanfront condo provides stunning gulf views of the Crescent Beach and large heated pool below. The bright & open floor plan includes all new wall-to-wall ceramic tile floors. New, easy to operate, high impact glass windows and sliding door provide a clear view of the ocean and keep the space quiet and secure. Enjoy the granite countertops, new cabinets and stainless steel appliances in the fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with wine bar. The refrigerator features convenient through the door filtered water & ice dispenser. Spend time in the professionally decorated and newly furnished living room with flat screen HDTV, upgraded cable service & Blu-Ray player as you take in breath-taking views of the beach & ocean. Feel pampered in the spa-like walk-in tile shower with granite vanity and plush towels. The memory foam king bed with duvet cover and spa pillows is a great place to relax while still taking in a coast view from your bedroom window.

Morning coffee will taste even better while witnessing the common sights of Dolphin, Osprey, Shore Birds, Pelicans & Fish from the large balcony. Taking a stroll on the white sand beach. View sensational sunsets with a glass of wine at dinner on the balcony height bistro table and chairs.
