New Kingston Mountain retreat is tucked away at the top of a long, private driveway with 360-degree views of mountains and valleys. The secluded saltbox house has a pond and eight acres of apple trees, forest, rolling lawn, and blooming perennials. In the spring and summer you can listen to the frogs sing in the evening. In the winter you can warm yourself from the fireplace and watch the snow fall among the trees.
The living and dining areas open onto the patio and lawn. The kitchen is appointed with a full complement of appliances and equipment as well as a washer/dryer. The living room has a queen size fold-out bed.
Upstairs, two antique-furnished bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with a double) and a full bath, all with spectacular views, invite long, quiet country sleeps.
