Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

Gorgeouse sunsets off our beautifully landscaped back lanai or screened porch. Condo updates include corian kitchen counters, raised panel white cabinets, newer appliances, newly interior painted , new master bedroom carpet as well as new vanities and glass block walk-in shower, new toilets and oversize tile. Guest Bath also new comfort toilet as well as new vanity and oversized tile. Main living area of condo is 16' porcelain tile. We are also located just across from the condo heated pool and clubhouse and have a gas grill located just out the front door for your convenience. Our Condo is approx. 12 minutes to the beach and the Island of Venice. 2 hours to Disney. Many unique boutiques and restaurants for you shopping and dining pleasure. Golf, swimming, biking are a few of the many activities that await you in our Venice Paradise. Seasonal rentals are 3 consecutive months. Weekly rentals available off season.

About The Owner

We are realtors in Plantation and have another home here. We purchased this condo as our home in 2005 and remodeled it as such. We live just around the corner now. Very proud of our condo and want it to be the best!

Our stay at the condo was very pleasant.The furnishings were very stylish and comfortable.We cooked a great x-mas meal and the condo had everything we needed. The community pool was literally across the street. I would recommend it highly. The owners are fabulous- very friendly and easy to deal with.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
