This island style 1 bedroom/1 bath home is ideally located. The sun porch has a Gulf view and you can walk across the street to the beach and there are no homes in front to block the great views of the gulf. Enjoy the community pool and spa for a cool refreshing swim. Just steps from your door is the community dock with no bridges between you and the open water. Inside you have a open floor plan with a spacious kitchen.

Accommodates: 4 guests maximum.

Beds: 1 queen, sleeper sofa.
