PARADISE ON THE BEACH!

So...where do I start? The rental complex is 2 stories high with 2 staircases and an elevator. Upon arrival of this 2nd floor unit, we found the studio very clean and organized. The studio is about 425 sq ft with a balcony and is spacious for 2 people. The bathroom and kitchen looks recently renovated and it's nicely done. No skimping on the details. The bed was very comfy for two. There is a sofa plus a wide ottoman with a pull-out bed with enough space for two. Plenty of towels, pillows, sheets in the bureau and closet. The kitchen has plates, dishes, wine glasses, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, a new full size fridge, stove, and a microwave. There's cable TV with all types of channels including programs for the kids. If you need to do laundry, there's a washer and dryer on the ground floor of the complex that takes quarters. No need to buy laundry detergent. It's complimentary.The balcony faces west and has a circular table with 4 chairs overlooking the beach. The sunsets views are great. The inground pool is maintained on a daily basis in the mornings.

The rental is really on the beach! When you leave the studio, within 10 seconds you'll find your feet on the soft white sandy beach. The rental unit has a few folding lounge chairs and a beach umbrella that we brought down to the beach. The view of the sunsets and the glowing skies were really amazing. We actually saw a playful dolphin surfing the small waves in front of us.

There's a Publix supermarket and a Walgreen 4 minutes north by car (speed limit is 25 mph on this island) and lots of cafes, restaurants and ice cream shops in the vicinity. Our favorite is the Beach House restaurant on 200 Gulf Drive North (4 minutes south). Sit outside on the beachside table for dinner, drinks and a nice sunset view. Good service too.

Jet skis, parasailings, and other water activities are all a short distance away.

We stayed for a week and we can't wait to visit again!
