Good location, needs updating

Excellent location. STEPS from the water.
The furniture needs updating and the carpeting has stains.
The golf cart was included and worked out nicely.
The water taxi is not included and is quite expensive. For 3 adults and two kids to cross it was almost $40.00.

Owner's Response: Great review for a great Gulf front location! We are so glad you enjoyed the location of the home and that the golf cart worked out well for you. We try to include everything we think would make your stay a pleasant experience, and things we would also want if on vacation. We agree that the water taxi is a bit pricey, and wish we could have input on that, but unfortunately it is a separate business from ours. Some folks opt to rent boats while vacationing (we can offer suggestions/preferred providers) to have the flexibility to go back and forth without the water taxi rates/advance notice. The carpets are scheduled to be replaced in the near future. New dressers, night stands, coffee tables and a new entertainment center, as well as TV's and electronics, were recently installed. Furniture is next on the list. :-) Thank you for your honest feedback. We hope you will visit again in the near future.
