The Teton Shadows Townhome Development is located just north of the Town of Jackson adjacent the Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis Club. This area provides phenomenal views of the Teton Mountains as well as excellent views of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and close proximity to the Jackson Hole Airport. The town homes are all 1 car garage units with extra parking available at no charge. This development area surrounds a large park with a playground so guests and tenants have lots of room for outdoor entertainment. Sorry no pets are allowed for the rental units.
The Rimrock "A" is a NON-Smoking unit that opens up with hardwood floors at the entry and through the kitchen around to the downstairs bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. In the back hallway there is plenty of storage space, a washer/dryer and a full bathroom.
The living area is fully carpeted and has two comfortable couches (one being a sofa sleeper), a TV/VCR/DVD and stereo system. There is also a beautiful rock fireplace in the living room. The dining table is very nice which seats 6 guests. The back deck has lots of patio furniture and a small creek running through the yard.
Upstairs is fully carpeted as well and contains both bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, a TV/VCR/DVD and a full bathroom that has access to the sauna. The master bedroom has a rock fireplace mantle with a wood stove, a King size bed, a TV/VCR/DVD and a private bathroom with access to the sauna as well. Inside the master bedroom there is also an office area with a desk, chair, internet access and Teton views. The private balcony is just off this area and also shows off great Teton views (as seen in photo gallery).
The loft is accessed by a ladder at the top of stairs and has 2 twin beds and a queen bed. There are also great views of the Teton Mountains from this room.
NOTE: Teton Shadows properties allow for two outside parking spaces (based on availability) in addition to parking one car in the garage (if applicable). Renter occupied units are not permitted by the HOA to park any truck larger than one ton, trailer, boat, truck camper, or recreational vehicle on the premises.
