This appears to be posted by property manager not owner. Horrible experience with property manager and owner of company totally unresponsive. Key-pick-up extremely inconvenient and out of way. Does not work if don't have car or place to store belongings upon arrival and departure. Jackson Hole Reservations gives different story every time you call. Quoted 5 different prices for lift tickets and ended up buying fromn hotel in town for $15.00 day less than their quoted price. No hot water upon arrival and took over 24 hours to fix. Shower head fell off and water spraying out side of sink faucet in master bath. Worn out cookware, 3 broken wine openers and 5 mis-matched wine glasses, no hair dryers, or coffee grinder. About 5 packages of coffee filters that did not fit coffee pot. Many burned out light bulbs in lamps and ceiling fixtures no replacement bulbs on site--never was corrected during stay--so much for reading at night by fireplace. Wood for fireplace covered with snow and had to pack up 3 flights of stairs even though there was a rack in living room, it wasn't filled.
Owner's Response: The main guest who confirmed this reservation was able to make it to the check office without disruption or complications. A detailed confirmation letter was given to the main guest when they made the reservation. We beleive that many of the complications expressed in this review could have been avoided if the detailed confirmation letter provided by us was reviewed properly by all party members.We do have a guest services staff on call for any unforeseen problems that may occur during a guest stay, and when notified, they address any problems right away. We do appreciate the feedback the secondary guest has given. We will address all of the issues they expressed.
