The Eagle D unit of Teton Shadows in Jackson Hole Wy, is a great townhome located about 7 miles from the town of Jackson.

This unit offers 3 bedrooms +Loft, and 3.5 baths on 3 levels. An open style main floor compliments the units space, while the second and third levels are devoted to bedrooms for relaxing and the kids loft.

This unit has room to sleep 8 people comfortably. This unit has unobstructed views of the Teton Mountain from the back deck.

The bedrooms have a king memory foam bed in the master, a Queen in the guest bedroom, 2 twins in the other guest bedroom and two twin beds in the loft for the kids.

This unit makes for a fantastic rental property only minutes from Jackson, with the outstanding views of the Tetons.

NOTE: Teton Shadows properties allow for two outside parking spaces (based on availability) in addition to parking one car in the garage (if applicable). Renter occupied units are not permitted by the HOA to park any truck larger than one ton, trailer, boat, truck camper, or recreational vehicle on the premises.

Not worth the money

We are part owners in the condo next door and have been for 37 years. As the family has grown, we decided it would be most convenient to rent this condo for a week long family vacation. What a disappointment. First, anyone staying here should know that there is really only one fully functional bathroom...and it is in the master bedroom. The other upstairs bathroom has this incredibly odd jacuzzi tub that requires you to step up into a "hole" about 2.5 feet off the ground. Once you are in the other side (where the shower head is), there is nowhere to support yourself while you lower yourself into the tub/shower. I'm 45 and in good health and I still found it difficult to do. If you were old or infirm...forget it. The tub/shower also took several hours to drain after every shower. The 3rd bathroom is on the first floor--away from all the bedrooms. The shower head is a handheld spray head mounted very low on the wall. So if you are over 5 feet tall, it's not exactly ideal. This unit is also rather dated. As we own one next door, we easily recognized that many of the fixtures, floor coverings etc. are original. There is corrosion on the faucets in the bathrooms. The washer and dryer look to be over 20 years old at least and make a lot of noise. The coffee maker is also old. It took way too long to brew and steamed up the cabinet above it. The screen storm door was broken and it slammed hard every time it shut. The windows are filthy. The walls were marked in several places. The blankets on the beds are the synthetic kind from the 70s. The lawn furniture was cheap and dirty. We would probably rent this for a week every year if it was better maintained. As it is, however, even the gorgeous views cannot make up for this ratty, outdated unit.

My first negative review

This my 8th stay at a vrbo property and my first review with any negativity. In fairness,this condo is probably a decent value for the pricey Jackson Hole area. The bathrooms were very old and dated. The main bathroom between the master and second bathroom share a very dated sauna that then give the connecting bathrooms limited privacy.

The living room a and dining room furniture is newer and comfortable but the carpet in that area is spotted, has burn holes and is dirty.

I would not stay at Eagle D again or would I trust Jackson Hole Property Management who manage this property and told me it was a very nice place and rated it " superior"
