This home is located in a private, natural-kept neighborhood so don't be surprised if you spy a family of deer grazing nearby. You may find great sea glass treasures or shells and look up to see the dolphins swimming down the coast as you wander down the wonderful, private and guarded beach. After a short drive from northern Virginia, Maryland or D.C. imagine relaxing and sunning on the private beach or on one of the many decks of this house with ocean breezes and views.

The top floor offers a Queen bedroom, full bathroom, a fully-loaded kitchen with all appliances and extras to make your vacation meals a snap as well as an extra ice maker for all your cooler needs. The large family/dinning room has a large, flat-screen TV, DVD and VCR players, wood burning fireplace and two large sliding doors which offer sweeping views of the ocean and natural landscape. They open to a full-frontal deck with comfy furniture and a large picnic table to use for easy outdoor dining. The Widow's Walk deck (or crow's nest) offers great sunrises or star glazing at night.

The next level has 1 king, 1 queen, and a kid-friendly room with bunk beds and 2 twins. Also the HE washer/dryer and a full bathroom are located here.

There are many family oriented activities nearby including boating, jet skiing, para-sailing, fishing, lighthouses, 4-wheeling on the beach, wild horses, shopping, movies and so much more!

We are Pet Friendly. Turnover day is Sunday. Call the owner if you have questions or desire to see more pictures or to make reservations. We want your vacation to be wonderful at our home!

Great Beach with good waves for the kids to surf as well as we loved the natural areas in this neighborhood. This house was comfortable, sturdy and roomy for all of us, plus friends to enjoy good times year after year.

What makes this house unique

We have used this house as our vacation home, so we feel we have made it as we would want to find a vacation home, with plenty of extras in the kitchen, plenty of dishes, bowls and appliances, as well as TV's in each bedroom, adding a large, flat-screen TV in the Living room and free long distance phone and WIFI as it seems everyone travels with their computers these days!
