It was built in the 1400's high in the hills and enjoys a sweeping view of the countryside below. Bellavista, like it's neighboring old villas, is enclosed by tall stone walls and narrow old streets. The view from both the house and garden is magnificent and includes the city of Florence, the artistic and architectural jewel of Tuscany.The grounds feature a nice swimming pool with infinite edge and terrace with garden furniture. Because this villa has truly unique frescoes and antiques, no smoking is allowed inside and no children under 12 are permitted. The owner's son lives on the estate.This beautiful villa has many rooms painted with exquisite frescoes and is very attractively furnished with antiques. The living room has wood beamed ceilings and two sofas in the main sitting area. There are terracotta tile floors and beautiful rugs. There is also a separate study/library, satellite TV, and stereo. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, washing machine and a lovely fireplace. The 3 bedrooms sleeps six. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and the third has 2 twin beds. There are 2 full bathrooms, 1 with a shower and 1 with a tub.
