Conch Pearl is furnished in bright modern decor with open airy spaces.

Located directly on Grace Bay Beach, Conch Pearl is the perfect place for a wedding on the beach and its luxuriously landscaped grounds can handle a large reception with ease and privacy. If you have extra guests Reef Pearl next door offers three more bedrooms.

Conch Pearl has its own private tennis courts (shared sometimes only with Reef Pearl next door).

The open kitchen has everything you can think of plus more, but don't forget there are 5 restaurants within walking distance and a huge IGA Supermarket a short drive away.

Conch Pearl offers you the choice of dining inside or outside with the ocean waves producing a perfect background symphony.

Grill the fish you just caught, or throw a steak or lobster on the grill (BBQ) and dine outdoors if you wish in a lush tropical setting.

There are three bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom can be configured into 4 bunk beds or as a king bed; whatever you wish.

Note: The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open, thus maintaining the low weekly rental rate. Conch Pearl gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to use very much or even need air conditioning. AC usage is charged back to guests at cost.

Please be advised that Conch Pearl and Reef Pearl have implemented a charge of $100 per week for hot tub use. The electricity required to heat the water, the cost of the water itself (it is changed after each tenants departure), and the added work of cleaning the hot tub makes this charge necessary. The charge is intended to cover costs and is not a money maker. This fee is per week, not per use, and will only be charged if the hot tub is used.
