Cozy 2 Bedroom 1 Bath cottage

Everyones dream of a up-north cottage this cozy cabin has hardwood floors throughout, pine interior, good sized kitchen with lots of cabinets, large deck overlooking spring fed pond. Just the right size for a small family with two bedrooms and a roomy loft with twin beds for the kids. Jacuzzi tub in modern bathroom with washer/dryer and separate shower. Convenient location just off the bike path, between Charlevoix and Petoskey. Bring the kids, the dog, the bikes, the fishing poles and some books for quiet times and do day trips to Mackinaw City or the Island, Petoskey's Gas Light District, even the Casino's. Available year round by the week or stay the summer. No smoking, pet friendly.

Lease Term: Weekly Rentals Only (Rental starts on Saturday and ends on Saturday)

Pet Policy:

Well mannered pets welcome. Pet agreement with information concerning pet required. Pet must be in control of owner at all times, crated if left in home alone and on leash or with owner outside home.
