Lake Charlevoix Charm Just wait until you step inside. Interior has been professionally decorated to make the most of its northern Michigan charm. Updated kitchen features work island, double door fridge with icemaker, 2 dishwashers and top end appliances. Cable TV and WIFI provided. Master suite has king bed, the other bedrooms have queen each and the kids room has two sets of bunk beds. Sleeps 12 and has three full baths. There is a large screen TV with VCR right next to the natural wood burning stone fireplace. Home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, sitting room with gas fireplace, tiered deck with seasonal hot tub overlooking a fantastic landscaped yard. Dockage for your boat and jet skis. This lakefront home makes the most of its location on the narrows of Lake Charlevoix just a few miles to downtown Charlevoix and a short drive to Petoskey. Tak a day trip to Traverse City about 50 miles south or to Mackinaw and a fast ferry trip to the Island. So much to see and so much to do. A perfect location for family fun or romantic seclusion.

Deposit: $500 security deposit.
