Unique Cabin with River Access

Fall in love with the mountain atmosphere of this roomy cabin with long range mountain and river views. Take a short walk to the long New River frontage for fishing, tubing, kayaking or to relax on a blanket while enjoying a picnic by the river. Offering three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom is on the main level with a queen bed. The master bath offers jacuzzi tub, seperate shower, and double sink. the upper level offers the second bedroom with Satellite TV/DVD and sliding doors to a private balcony to enjoy the mountain breezes and great views. The 3rd bedroom is also on this upper level and both have private access doors to the second full bath. Sleep in the luxury of 1200 and 500 thread-count sheets in the master bedroom as well as both upstairs bedrooms. The cabin's features include a vaulted ceiling w/ exposed beams in the living room, a stone fireplace with gas logs, satellite TV/DVD, a foosball table and a sleeper sofa. The dining table seats 6-8. Well equipped kitchen with built-in microwave, ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, tea maker and all you need to prepare a family feast. Also eating bar and breakfast table. The washer/dryer, iron & board are on the main level.

The fun continues outside with the large front deck overlooking the river with patio chairs and hammock. The private back deck offers patio table & chairs, gas & charcoal grill. Unwind in the 6 person hot tub on the back patio. Also a chimnea to add to the evening atmosphere of storytelling and roasting marshmallows by the fire.

For your enjoyment, the Owner has added a canoe and 2 bikes.

The New River is great for canoeing, fishing and tubing and is only a short walk in front of the cabin. Bike or walk on the roadway along the river. Located with close access to JB's Trout Lake, Burndt Hill Stables, Shatley Springs Restaurant and downtown W.Jefferson for fine dining, art galleries, emporiums and antiques.

Available year round. Sleeps 6-8. Bed sizes: 3 queen beds, 1 queen sleeper sofa.
