Small deck off the back of the house with outdoor grill. Picnic table in the backyard area. Just around the corner from Oyster Pond boat launch. Central air conditioning and high speed internet access are offered with this rental. New lower level carpeted recreation room for extra living space with 32 Inch Flat Screen Television. Enclosed outdoor shower has been added to the property! House offers a mooring if notified at the time of the signing of the lease. Bedroom #1 - Queen, Bedroom #2 - Two Twins, Bedroom #3 - Double. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY. NO PETS ALLOWED.
