Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath unit is centrally located in Mission Beach. Step out your door and you are mere steps to beach and bay. Walk to shops and restaurants and our famous 'Big Dipper' roller coaster at Belmont Park is a short walk down the boardwalk. Mission Bay Aquatic Center is a 5 minute walk away where you can water ski and wakeboard, sail or kayak. Downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, world famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World and La Jolla are all within a 15 minute drive.

I am the property owner and take pride in offering a quality vacation home at a fair price. My husband and I built the home is 1986. I truly believe you will not find a better value in a comparable property in Mission Beach. My home is stocked with all laundry supplies, dish soaps and paper products to make your stay easy. I keep the home clean, well maintained and offer quality linens.

The location of my home is located in a nice quiet location in Mission Beach. We are surrounded by long term homeowners who appreciate the atmosphere of Mission Beach but still call Mission Beach home. My property is located bayside but the unique location of San Juan and the fact that it is the most narrow part of Mission you are just about as close to the beach as the bay and just a few steps from either.

Great Place to stay while in Mission Beach

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Angela was very helpful from the very beginning answering all my questions. The house was super clean with very nice furnishings. The deck on the upper level was great for viewing the ocean or look the other direction and see the fireworks at night from sea world. Walking distance(just across the street) to the ocean side and steps to the bay side. We did walk to the grocery store and there is shopping and places to eat within walking distance. Our kids rented surf boards and wet suits at "cheap rental" down the block very reasonable. $18 for the entire day. Neighbors were quiet for how close the homes are. Thank you Angela for sharing your home. We had a wonderful time.

My family and I had a great time. The rental accommodated up to 8 people. It was clean and very accessible to the beach, restaurants, the boardwalk and convenience stores. The parking was a little tight only becasue we had three cars and we did find ourselves fighting for parking on the street, but if you park and don't plan on moving your vehicles you will be fine. The beach house does have a very small garage. The AC really did not work that well, but if you open the windows a nice breeze will flow through the house. The only other issue was the refrigerator did not have a hook up to the water so there was no water or ice that was able to dispense. Overall we had a memorable experience and despite the minor issues would recommend this beach house to other people.
Owner's Response: Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I will connect the icemaker and since the appliances are brand new I was unaware it was not connected so thank you. Just an FYI that the A/C did not work very well because the home does not have A/C. I provide fans for each room in case the temperatures rise but being located at the beach temperatures are typically very comfortable.

Lovely Balcony

I loved the master bedroom's balcony.The ocean on one side and the cove on the other. At night you can see the fireworks from Sea World. My kids loved that it was very close to the beach. I would stay there again, the weather was very nice and cool. The owner was very kind and helpful.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
