Nice house

Nice house with good pool setup, music system, lots of bedrooms, and walking distance to a beach.
Owner visited twice unexpectedly during our stay (first time with 15min warning, second time with 1min warning). First time he stayed for 1+ hour, second time was on our last day.
Nice house but only stay here if you want to spend time with the owner
Owner's Response: A little clarification here... The guest forgot to mention that the visit to the house was on their request in order to orientate the guests on how things worked, etc..and it was at check-in time. It was done in an effort for them to make their experience as enjoyable as possible. I left a message with 30 minutes notice that I was coming over.. same circumstance on the second visit as I came to do an exit inspection at check out time to protect the guest from any damage claim :-)
