More than we bargained for, a wonderful spot to relax by the river.

Upon my arrival I was stunned to find how clean, modern, and fully furnished this condo is. The only thing we didn't find in the kitchen, that we would have used, was a non-stick frying pan. During our stay we were lucky enough to have the location all to ourselves, none of the other condo's were rented out, but even if they had been the only shared space is the river. Each condo has it's own outside space for hanging out, grilling, and playing, so it doesn't look like there would be any strain trying to share the outdoor areas. As for the location, it's not entirely secluded, but it is very quiet and gave us virtually everything we were looking for.
I do have a couple of notes, things I wish I would have known. There is a security deposit, and a cleaning fee that is not listed on this website, both fees were reasonable though and did not stop us from making our reservation. Also the internet did not allow us to connect wirelessly with any of our phones, or tablets. Lastly we were unable to catch any fish, we saw no fish in the water, and we spent the bulk of our time by the river. We were aware that the river is not stocked this time of year, but were surprised with the overall lack of life in the otherwise beautiful and clean looking East Verde river.
Overall we were very pleased, and would absolutely rent here again.
