This lovely spacious home provides the perfect beach getaway for your family or couples retreat. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms can accommodate up to 10. This historic home is furnished with great antiques throughout. Enjoy lunch or a glass of wine in the private riverfront picnic area for your use (front yard shared with the house that faces the river). Very nice private deck area in back with bbq. Flat screen TV, washer/dryer, permit parking, and steps to wonderful restaurants, galleries, wine bars and shopping. This is the perfect family getaway, just 2 minutes walk to the beach!
