Close to downtown Bozeman and Montana State University, this 1857 sf condo sit on southern edge of town making it an ideal location for visitors who love to enjoy the outdoors. This 2010 built condo comes fully furnished and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. This is a well designed condo that feels like a single family home due to the numerous windows on all sides and the peacefulness of where it is situated.

The large kitchen opens to the living and dining room making it a true 'GREAT' room for the entire group to hang out in with room for everyone. Catch up on the latest sports on the 2 flat screens in the condo. Warm up by the fire after skiing or after fishing, have a barbeque on the patio, taking in the 180 degrees of mountain views. There is a one car garage that is great to get you out of the weather or for your gear.

On the second level one will find a master bedroom with a large, private deck and a full bath with a walk-in tiled shower. Hunters will feel at home in the comfy Queen size log bed and amazing mountain views. Decorated in a fishing theme, the second bedroom also has a Queen bed. The 3rd bedroom, or bonus room, can be used to watch tv or the couch/futon makes a double bed along with the top bunk and the over sized chair makes for another twin bed.

Other amenities included in the condo are Dish Network, wifi available, upgraded kitchen appliances, a dry bar, and ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms and the living room.

About Jody

We were both born and raised our family in Iowa where we have owned our own business for the last 30 years. We sold the business in 2009 and bought a condo so we could visit our daughter a few times a year. We have loved coming out to visit and thought it would make great place to make our second home. We hope visitors enjoy the area and accommodations as much as we do when we head out to Bozeman!

Our daughter is a Realtor in Bozeman who found this with her father's criteria being a condo yet having mountain views. This wasn't easy to find IN Bozeman! It is 5 minutes from hiking trails, 5 minutes from downtown, and close to tons of outdoor activities!

What makes this condo unique

We think the condo is well situated to easy fit 8 people while watching tv or dining since the main level is really one big room.

Family stay at Southside Condo

The Southside Condo was so cute. We loved the decor. It's a perfect place for a family visit to Bozeman: plenty of room, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen, great bathrooms, spacious master bedroom, and good bedroom space for the rest of the family. The open kitchen, dining room, living room was a good gathering space for the family. We liked having the attached garage to park the car out of the snow and unload and store our sports equipment. Owners were easy to contact and work with. Looking forward to our repeat visit.

This place was great. Very clean, comfortable and it has a nice warm feeling of home. We will definitely stay again at this location on our next visit. Hopefully we wil be back this summer to enjoy some of the great activities you can find in the Bozeman area!

Met all expectations!

We recently rented the condo for a weekend stay in Bozeman. We found the property to be more than satisfactory. Very spacious and will kept. Would recommend this rental to anyone with a party of up to 6 people for a comfortable stay. Location on the outskirts of the town was perfect, with grocery stores and shopping within a 5-10 minute drive.

Anothr Pleasant Stay

They got rid of the Click Clack beds and traded for a twin over double bed bunk set. The boys really prefer the new set up. Had more down time to enjoy the place. Easy access for my MSU son to visit us. We made another run to Yellowstone to see Old Faithful with my parents who drove from Michigan to stay with us. The boys and I toured the Lewis and Clark Caverns. Very interesting. The Sir Scott's Oasis in Manhattan was a great peace for steak. Make a reservation and try to go when they're not busy for your best experience. As usual a great condo stay over all and if vacations permit will be back again in 2013. Thanks Jody and neighbors with the little blonde guy are a great help.

Spring break getaway

The property is a great place to stay. It is convenient to everything in the Bozeman area. There was plenty of space for our family of four. The place was clean and everything was in wonderful condition. The area around the property is quiet and we even met the next door neighbor who gave us some great tips for places to eat. Jody was super easy to work with and the process for arranging everything went very smooth. Jody is a true professional and everything went exactly like out was supposed to. WE will definitely be staying here again.
