This modern & stylish Ranch home set in a quiet neighborhood is perfect for families, group trips or couples. Whether you're visiting for a nearby family gathering, in town to tour the Illustrious Kentucky Bourbon Trail, visiting the world-famous Keeneland Race Track, Rail Bird Music Fest or any one of the numerous local sporting events, this is a perfect location!!

You'll be a mere 10 minutes from the University of Kentucky, 15 minutes from Lexington's Blue Grass Airport, just 10 minutes from downtown Lexington & 45 minutes away from Louisville.

As of January, 2023, we've completely remodeled & refurbished this home. From new appliances to new furniture, we've even included a pull-out sleeper sofa to accommodate larger crowds. All beds are Queens & it possesses 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths as it comfortably sleeps 8. Whether you want to relax before you head out for the day or unwind at night, enjoy the comfy living room & turn on the large, 75 inch flat-screen TV.

We're biased of course, but we think you'll really enjoy your stay at the Oleander Landing.

Great location; great property

We stayed here for two nights while in town for Keeneland. Recently renovated and absolutely beautiful on the inside. Would highly recommend. Close to everything.

Great House & Location

Had a great weekend stay. Visited bourbon distilleries, UK and Keeneland. The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults! Wouldn’t hesitate to book this one again.

Celebrating our son getting is PHD from UK

Loved Loved the house! It was perfect for our stay. Joseph and Ms.Theresa were so accommodating for what I needed to host a celebration for our son. We are from Louisiana and having to plan a gathering away from home is sometimes difficult but getting my answers from Joseph made it easy peasy!! If you are looking for a place that allows a small gathering the back yard was perfect! Stop searching!! This lovely home is it! 😊 Thanks again Joseph!!

As a guest you will have access to the entire home, front porch and yard as well as the back patio with ample seating and digitally controlled charcoal grill. Our large back yard is fully fenced in for kids and animals to roam free.

All lighting inside the home is dimmable with speed controlled cieling fans. There are three smart TV's inside the property with a 75" screen in the mai living area as well as two 40" screens in both the primary and secondary bedrooms.
