Charming, laid-back beach home located in the quiet residential neighborhood Beachside Central. And, location is key! Very close to beach, Flagler Ave., shops, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Walk or ride bike to everything!
Our home features 3 bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed and 1 bath. You enter the front door inside of the Front Lanai area. This is a perfect spot for gathering outside to watch the sunset or playing card games. The main living room area is bright and airy, perfect for a quiet read or some computer time. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a quick breakfast or Thanksgiving dinner and the pantry area includes a full-sized washer/dryer set. The Family Room is big, with lots of seating for watching TV, DVD's, playing Playstation II or just hanging out! Out back is a fenced in yard, perfect for small dogs, a nice big deck with seating and an outside fire pit. Great for cold winter nights in Florida! (It does happen!)

My family & I stayed here over 4th of July weekend. The house was well kept, very comfortable. We were a little concerned at only having 1 bath as there were 6 of us staying but it all worked out fine! The family room is really comfy, plenty of room to stretch out, great leather couches! The yard is truly, completely fenced in! We felt totally at ease letting our chihuahua roam around- she loved it! The front, screened in porch was an added bonus- loved the beach cruisers, thanks! Overall we really enjoyed our stay- it was exactly what we were looking for:)
I can't say enough about this lovely home. It was perfect! We spent the month of March here. Extremely clean--quiet neighborhood--great neighbors--close to grocery store, Flagler ave and beach. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. Riding bikes on the beach was so much fun. It was so nice to sit on the lanai and listen to the birds, have coffee and chat. We had the most wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
We recently spent a month in this comfortable, clean and conveniently located home. It has a wonderful screened in porch which is a pleasant place for morning coffee and bird watching or just relaxing any time of day. The home has a large family room with comfy leather sofa and a nice living room as well. The washer and dryer are very nice to have. The owners take good care of their home and were very prompt in responding to questions. The neighbors are very wonderful and most helpful. The home is a short walk away from the beach and the river and close to grocery stores, shopping and several good restaurants. New Smyrna Beach has a great museum, a farmers market on Saturdays. We enjoyed St. Augustine, Blue Spring State Park for Manatees, Disney World and much more. Enjoy your stay

Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home. It was amazing sitting out front smelling the ocean breeze and enjoying the oh so peacefully quiet neighborhood. We loved bicycling during the day. The beach was amazing and we had a lot of fun walking up to Main Street many mornings for a muffin or in the evenings for an ice cream. As far the house it was so big and comfortable and SUPER CLEAN. The fire pit out back is great and we enjoyed the deck. Our chihuahua loved the yard and I felt very really comfortable about letting her be outside. It's everything we were looking for.... The Beach Life with just the right amount of privacy, old Florida charm and friendly atmosphere... Thanks so much... We WILL be back ???
