Amazing condo rental Downtown Toronto!!

My family and I booked this condo rental since I was getting married in Toronto the weekend of April 6, and needed a place that my parents would feel comfortable and where I could get ready. This place was so much more than we expected!

The owner, Elena, is such a wonderful person, so professional and kind and so easy to communicate with (through email as well as phone). She has the place looking so beautifully set up, with everything we could've possibly needed and more: soaps, shampoo, towels, fully furnished kitchen and living room, wifi, underground parking, washer and dryers, blankets/pillows etc. The apartment is so beautiful and bright with glass walls facing the city. It was homey and comfortable and all my friends and family that visited absolutely loved it!! My inlaws couldn't believe I was able to find such a great place with such a nice owner online.

The location is fabulous! It is literally 5min away walking distance, from the mall, restaurants, groceries, yonge/dundas square, a church and public transportation! I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Elena thanks for making my wedding week so amazing! We will definitely rent out your condo again in the future!

Nice Apartment, Great Location

My son and I stayed here while on a one week vacation in September, 2012.
The apartment is very clean and well stocked with most of what you need. The location is great as you can walk just about anywhere downtown.
The bed and futon are both comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need.
Elena is very professional with communication and arrangements.
I would highly recommend the apartment and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to TO.

Elena has created a real home away from home with all the essentials and handy extras catered for. Bed was comfy, shower was excelent and everything was spotless. Wifi was fast. The building is well maintained and secure with 24 hour concierge. Brilliant location close to all transit...recommend u get a weekly pass so u can jump on and off streetcars, subway etc. highly recommend

Our Trip To Toronto

A friend and I stayed in the condo for a week. My friend slept on the sofa bed and was very comfortable. My bed was fine also.
Since we used the Hop-on-Hope-off bus for our transportation we could easily walk to Dundas Square to catch the bus. We also took the Niagara Falls tour from there.
My favorite museum was The Bata Shoe Museum. My friend enjoyed the Kensington Market area. We had an excellent Italian lunch-dinner at The St. Lawrence Market. I was very impressed by all the fruits and vegetables.
We didn't cook but the kitchen was very well equipped. Also bathroom supplies were plentiful. The building was very quiet and the security made us feel safe.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was clean, well-stocked (even shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent) and had a great central location. The owner was very accommodating. A much better value than any hotel we'd have found in Toronto. Were we to return to Toronto, we'd gladly rent here again.
