·Hello. I'm Tim Miller. My brother and I bought this penthouse back in 2004. Shortly after that, in 2005 we had the worst storm Cancun had ever seen, Hurricane Wilma. We tried to make the best of the situation. So we took decided to take the extended 'down time' and do a major renovation and really make the place nice. Notes: The penthouse interior is truly a thing of beauty. All of the floors, including the terraces, and all of the columns, are finished in beautiful Crema Marfil polished marble stone. Almost every window is floor to ceiling, with the upper portion of the glass on sliders. These glass sliders have special locks for security and child safety. This upper portion of the glass slider system allows you to open a large portion of window to enhance the ocean breeze and soothing sounds of the ocean. Almost every window has two curtains rails. Great Accomodations, Great Beach, Great Experience

We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodations are excellent. The wall-to-wall / floor to ceiling windows provide a stunning view. I stayed in to read one morning and, sitting by the windows, felt like I was on the beach. The windows even open to enhance the effect.
The large terrace/patio was great for morning coffee as well as evening meals. We prepared dinner in the well-appointed kitchen a few evenings, and even entertained guests.

We stayed at Hotetur Beach Paradise five years ago, before Hurricane Wilma, and I must say the beach now is equivalent to what is was then. The quality of the beach varies from hotel to hotel, and I feel this stretch of beach is world-class –wide, level and with powdery sand.

This resort is a bit of a distance from the popular activities in the area but the local buses compensate for that. For less than a dollar, a fifteen minute ride gets you to the most popular areas.

The local manager of the property was friendly, attentive and well-informed. He answered all of our questions and advised us on local activities.

I would heartily recommend this Penthouse. It is certainly everything advertised and a wonderful experience.

We stayed at this penthouse from 8/ 16 to 8/ 21. The views are beautiful and the infrastructure (marble everywhere and beautiful kitchen and jacuzzi tubs) is beautiful, but it was a very, very frustrating experience there. The washer/dryer is broken, there were no soap and very few towels throughout the place and the a/c is marginal in parts of the condo. The master br is great, but the 4th br is very hot. The stove takes forever to heat up- seriously, forever. You can not get towels for the beach unless you take the all-incl option. The space is great however, very large. I would recommend it for large groups of people that are on a budget and don't expect much.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is very nice. I would say it would sleep 7-8 comfortably. I would not say the resort is premium, however. It is a small resort that is nice to spend the day lounging around the pool or on the beach and then go into town in the evening. We originally were supposed to stay Saturday thru Saturday, but had to switch to a Sunday to Sunday stay. Therefore, I just booked a night at the resort itself. These rooms are awful. So, if you stay at this condo, you need to consider the all-inclusive option at the resort carefully. The food and drinks are average, but if you're going to be around the pool or on the beach drinking all day, it's probably worth it just for the cost of drinks.
