The home offers bright, spacious rooms beautifully decorated with new furniture. Situated in a tranquil cul-de-sac in the gated Vanderhorst portion of the island, it is only a short five minute walk to Kiawah's pristine ten-mile beach. The house now has wireless, high speed Internet access. The home has hardwood floors throughout. The first floor features three bedrooms (one queen, two twins and two twins) each with ample closet space and its own private bath. The first floor also features an open floor plan ideal for family and friends gatherings. The kitchen includes a central island with eat-in-bar, a large laundry room and access to the screened porch and deck. The large living and dining areas open out through the French doors to the back deck and pool.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, tray ceiling, sitting area, walk-in closet, a dual vanity sink, and a private deck overlooking the pool. A beautiful large heated pool is located on an over-sized deck. Furnishings on the deck include abundant cushioned wicker furniture for entertaining, dining and lounging poolside. A screened porch overlooks the pool. The pool is available from March 20th to October 30th. Please inquire about use off-season. The home has a Four Star rating from a local rental agency. A vacation representative will be available on the island for your convenience. 10% golf discounts are available.

We rented this house with another family and had an amazing time. The number of bathrooms a real plus! Having the pool in the back was great since the water was a little farther away then we thought. Renting bikes a must when you have kids with you. The rental agency was very friendly. Owner was very helpful when we had an issue with wireless and called right back. Kitchen very complete...we didn't lack for anything! Will definitely be back. Only downfall was be couldn't bring our dog.

When we first arrived after sunset at this beautiful home in mid December, we had a reception committee of three deer awaiting us. We loved the bucolic setting of the house and its proximity both to the ocean and to the green-canopied "alley of oaks" for cyclers. The house itself, spacious, well furnished, with all systems (including internet) in excellent working order, was a marvelous setting for a Christmas / New Year's stay. Highly recommended.
