Here's a great vacation condominium location which is directly on sandy St. Pete beach. You are right there - on the beach - no streets to cross. My 1 bedroom condo is on the 4th floor. When inside you will see the beautiful beach and the Gulf of Mexico directly through my living room and bedroom sliding glass doors. This then leads you to a comfortably sized private balcony. Trust me, not all condominiums or hotels along the beach offer this premier benefit of having a balcony to relax on. Contact me for a rate.

Relax and Enjoy...: A fantastic beach front location, daily on-site property management, local shops and restaurants within walking distance. At the end of the day unwind and watch the sunset from the beach, from your private balcony with views, or from a local water front restaurant. The Caprice's location is unique and very nice.

Activities: Local golfing, endless beach walking, relaxation awaits, a lot of local shopping, local fitness equipment centers, and swimming.

A laundry room on the same floor and it's very close to the unit.

Great break in sun from rainy London

We stayed for two weeks in October this year. Just me and my wife for the first time without the kids who are all away now. This condo has everything for a very comfortable stay. All clean and convenient. The very best thing though was waking up with a view right along the beach for over three miles from the large bedroom window, then every morning going downstairs and walking (and a bit of running ....but not much :) ) along the sand. Seabirds galore to watch, pelicans diving into the sea just yards off the shore and some really friendly people to chat with. Lovely downstairs patio area near the pool with two gas BBQs to use while watching the sunset. So all in all a very good value and relaxing vacation condo.

We stayed at Bob's condo in October 2009 and we couldn't have been more pleased with our accomodations. I think the thing that impressed us most was that our contact was directly with Bob and not with a third party. He answered our phone calls and emails promptly and we were comfortable making the decision to stay there. We were not disappointed. The condo is absolutely beautiful and contained everything you will need on your holiday.It was very clean,modern and the view was out of this world. We will definately be back. Thank you Bob for allowing us to stay at your wonderful condo.

It was our first stay, so we were a little nervous,because we had changed our location on the beach after 20yrs. The location on the beach is great, the condo was perfect, good size, clean, well taken care of, pride of ownership showed. We will be there again this year for a bit of a longer stay, can't wait. And if available will continue to return year after year.
