Location - Location - Location: Here's the ideal vacation condominium location which is directly on sandy St. Pete beach. My condo is on the 4th floor. When inside you will see the beautiful beach and the Gulf of Mexico directly through my living room and bedroom sliding glass doors. This then leads you to a comfortably sized balcony. Trust me, not all condominiums or hotels along the beach offer this premier benefit and my rates are excellent. If I'm booked then inquire about next year. Relax on the private balcony and see these fantastic beach views. See the endless views of the shimmering Gulf waters and you will hear the calming waves from the balcony too. Relax and enjoy your stay. Laundry room on the same floor and it's very close to the unit. Travel by car, Orlando is app. 90 minutes away Bush Gardens is app. 45 minutes away Tampa International Airport is app. 30 minutes away Ellenton Factory Mall is app. 30 minutes away The Peer in St. Petersburg

A one time $71 cleaning fee, 12% FL taxes (local and st) are additional, deposit required upon making a reservation. The main office confirms reservations, and handles all billing ($200 reservation security deposit is required).

    November 16th - 20th -- 4 nights - many inquiries but still available. Minimum 2 nights at $105/night,
    Stay 3-4 nights very special rate $88/night. Plus $71 cleaning and Florida tax. For this unique location - it's an amazing rate. Regular rate $138/night.

    November 27th - December 3rd 6 nights Available - escape the beginning of winter!!! -- Very special rate $95/night. Plus $71 cleaning and Florida tax. Min. stay 3 nights $105/night, stay 3-6 nights at $95/night. For this unique location - it's an amazing rate.

Don't be put off by the lack of on-line reviews of this place. We stayed here in early November and loved it. Bob has a guest book in his condo and he has glowing reviews dating back for at least 2 years! But as a vacation rental owner myself (property 159896) I know that on-line reviews are valuable.

Bob's description and photos are spot on. The resort is literally on the beach, with its own private fenced-off section with sun loungers. There is also a spotlessly clean pool and sun deck. The office are staff are really friendly and helpful. There are several good restaurants within walking distance.

The condo has all the items you are likely to require for your stay including a great sound system and TV with a small collection of movies.

As for the new carpet - having squeezed sand between your toes on the beach you can enjoy squidging the luxurious carpet too (after washing your feet of course!)

Waking up, pulling back the bedroom blinds and gazing out at the wonderful white beach and sparkling blue water - priceless!

We would have loved to stay longer. We will definitely be back if we get a chance.

We had a wonderful week long vacation at St. Pete Beach. The condo, the grounds and all the ammenities was everything that was advertised and more.The unit was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The views from the balcony of the gulf and the beach were priceless. We enjoyed wathching the dolphins from the balcony and from the beach. So tranquil. We would recommend this property to everyone.We will be back next year. Thanks for everything.

Loved it! We had everything in the condo...beach chairs, towels, unbrella, cooler. The pool was great! The view was fabulous! Definitely will come back.
