It has its own private deck looking out towards the mountains and the nature preserve. The second and third bedrooms also have queen-size Euro pillow top beds and the second bedroom includes a TV with DVD player. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed combo with the bottom being a full-size bed and the top a twin. This room also has a TV and video game player. Two bathrooms and a laundry room are also located on the upstairs level. There is an extra twin mattress in the closet as well as 2 blow up beds.

The private downstairs den has its own full bath with shower, LCD TV with DVD, XBox video game player with games, queen bed, and a queen-size sofa-sleeper. A 2 car garage is attached. Wireless and wired high speed Internet access is included. Sleds and saucers are included for the kids. Also, the Gorgoza park for sledding and tubing is only a 7 minute drive. Nearby you will find the village park and the new clubhouse. Its amenities include an exercise room, Plasma TV, fireplace, a computer with high speed Internet access, kitchen, locker-rooms, and a community pool with Jacuzzi.
