House, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5+ Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Our Beach house is located three houses from the beach. Views of the sea are available from the outdoor deck, kitchen, dining area and Master Bedroom. Park your car and forget about it! Walk or ride your bike from the minute you get here to the beach, the parks or the village with the market and three restaurants, including a pizza parlor. Nearby Darien has a Whole Foods Market and many great restaurants.

The renovated kitchen has a honed green granite counter the color of the sea that is in view from the kitchen window. Cream colored wood paneled appliances - Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer drawers, and DCS professional gas stove. Dining area is next to granite counter and has views of Long Island Sound.

The rooms are soothing and decorated in calming pastel colors. Original art work hangs on the walls, complimenting the seaside.

Light colored wood floors throughout, except for the bedrooms. The yard is small and fenced in with a large slate patio and eating deck. The tall hedges provide privacy.

We share our time between Connecticut and Vermont and like to spend time traveling

The Owner purchased this house in 1991
What makes this house unique

We love parking the car and walking to the dog park, the local ice cream shop and deli, pizza parlor and fabulous Rowayton Seafood Restaurant. There are 4 beaches in our town, one library, and a small strip compromising of a gourmet market and wine store. Rowayton has everything you need to relax and if you want more, take the train to NYC from the Rowayton Train Station.
