Newly constructed 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bath home directly on Johns Pond in Mashpee.

This is a newer Home that sits on Johns Pond in Mashpee. This home is fully equipped with 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, a bonus room with large sectional and cable tv, a garage, an outdoor shower, a farmer's porch overlooking the water, 2 full baths and 1 half bath. The first floor with the kitchen is an open floor design providing a laundry room, dining area and a living room with access to the farmer's porch. All areas provide beautiful views of the water. Also included in this home is central vac, a patio, and the beach area is steps away.

Location! Location! Location! This house is very well equipped and spacious. It is located right across the street from the association beach and boat launch. Quiet setting, but also nearby to shopping at Mashpee Commons and some very nice restaurants.

Bedroom 1-Queen, Bedroom 2- Full, Bedroom 3-2 Twins.

Extra twin mattress available if needed.

Location, Location!

This house was very well equipped and spacious. It is located right across the street from the association beach and boat launch. My husband brought his sunfish and really enjoyed his time on the water. The beach was very pleasant, the water was warm and clean. Although it is a pretty quiet and serene environment, it is centrally located - near grocery stores and restaurants and the Mashpee Commons. My 20 and 16 year old really liked it, too.
One thing - There was one evening that was quite warm for sleeping and the ceiling fans didn't quite cut it. It was the only night we missed the a/c. A new, working unit in the MBR would be a plus.
