$375 a week includes all for winter weeks. Holidays slightly higher. Rental, taxes, departure cleaning and linens. You will not find a nicer unit for the money. Pet friendly direct oceanfront fully equipped one bedroom, one bath condo. Small complex, quiet and relaxing. Special monthly winter rates include everything, all taxes, rental, utilities, phone, cable, hi-speed wireless, washer/dryer, departure cleaning fee. Refundable security deposit in addition to rental fee. Additional if bringing pet. This will be returned after your stay absent any damage to the property. Great pool for kids and a nice grill area for the family.Take long walks on the beach, relax by our newly redone pool, walk to the Cherry Grove pier.

Response to Guest comment: Hi everyone I just wanted our visitors to know that the dredging that was performed last year by the City of North Myrtle beach was unannounced to the homeowners in the area and we did not know that dredging had been scheduled during the summer until our guests arrived this particular week. Otherwise, I would have certainly informed my guests of this scheduled work. I did refund these guests part of their rental fees to compensate them for their inconvenience during their stay. I have owned this property for 8 years and this was the first instance that dredging had ever been performed. I will be checking with the city each year to make sure that this type of incident does not occur again and that I am able to provide appropriate warning to any guests. Our vacation time is so precious to each of us. I am truly sorry for the any inconvenience that these guests suffered because of this work.

What a grand time we had. This place was clean and the views were awesome. They say it is second row but we felt as if we were ocean front. This was our first stay at Cherry Grove and I will say that it will not be our last. Loon-a-Seay was perhaps the cleaniest condo we have stayed at in a long time.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Thank you so much for explaining better than we can how close we are to the beach and how convenient we are. It is difficult to explain sometimes that we are in some ways more convenient to the beach than condos in hi-rise oceanfront complexes. You expressed it very well.

I just returned from a month at Nellie's Nook. What a delightful, charming place to spend a vacation! Every convenience was provided. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and provided detailed information on any queries I had. I would highly recommend Nellie's. It was wonderful to be able to open the door and walk directly out to the beach. The deck was also a bonus for lazing in the sun or having meals at the patio table. I would not hesitate to return.

My husband and I recently returned from a mini vacation with our little dog and stayed in Nellie's Nook. We couldn't have been more pleased. The condo was very clean, comfortable and decorated so cute! The best thing of all--we were about 60 steps from the door to the beach (I counted). The weather was perfect. The beach was quiet. Ahhh....I want to go back.

My daughters and I just returned home from a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Thanks so much to the owners of this condo for sharing with us this great place .. We loved everything about the condo from the location to the decor to the comfy bed ... the neighbors are very friendly ... we all loved the pool.... just can't say enough about what a wonderful place and time we had... Looking forward to doing it again next year.. :)

This was my second visit to Nellie's Nook and my husband's first. It is a very comfortable condo. Since we stayed in mid May, we did have a couple of cold days but no complaints here - we were at the BEACH!!!! We will definitely consider returning to one of your locations.
