Sit on the balcony and enjoy great sunsets or just relax and watch the people on the beach. The complex has a large swimming pool, fitness room and tennis courts & boat slips.(must pay for use of tennis courts & boat slips). The unit is tiled throughout except the bedrooms, which are carpeted. The bedrooms have a king in the master and twin beds in the guest bedroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. This is a gated community!
