Really nice single family home in Surf City. Just two homes to the beach and a short walk to shops. Great views of ocean!

Major restoration provides all new kitchen, hardwood & tile floors, interior paint, fiberglass decks, etc. Upper level loft outside deck with views of Ocean sunrise and bay sunset. Blender provided. Badges are expected to be left after check out. Gas grill and Charcoal grill.

Charcoal grill is provided at rear of house.

Extra propane tank available as spare.
