Park City Mountain is virtually our front yard, Deer Valley is 5 mins drive / 10 mins bus away, Canyons (the 4th largest ski area in North America) is 10 mins drive/ 15mins bus away and the incomparable Alta, Snowbird, Sundance, Brighton, Snowbasin and Solitude mountains are all within 30 - 40 mins drive ... you can really never get bored of ski-ing or riding here on the The Best Powder on Earth!

Historic Old Town is central to everything in Park City, and full of beautifully maintained historic homes and buildings in an interesting neighborhood. It's the very opposite of a soulless condo development!
Drinking coffee in the morning sun on the back deck, or firing up the grill or relaxing in the jumbo hot-tub in the afternoon light on the other one. Having space to entertain 8 people for dinner, or to watch a movie, in the massive split-level open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. Falling asleep after a hard day's skiing in the luxurious, soft beds in the tastefully decorated en-suite bedrooms.
My group stayed at the house from Feb 26-Mar 2. Generally, the house was not in pristine condition as I've experienced in houses I've rented in Park City over the past 7 years. Paint was old, rugs were dirty, dishes were dirty and wires hanging from the TVs and the house just felt a bit run down. Our biggest two issues were that the upon arrival the hot tub was cold and filthy. After many calls to Lespri, Jesse was finally called out to help. On our last day, a technician was called in to clean the tub so we finally got to use it on the last day. The second big issue was the pull out couch on the 3rd floor - totally broken and unusable. An air mattress was delivered - dropped off in the kitchen. Attached are some pictures to give the viewers some idea. Before writing this review I left half a dozen unanswered phone messages for Sara, who I was told handles customer issues.
This house has not been well maintained. On our arrival,there was no hot water on the first floor,the keys did not work, and there were several other minor repairs needed. I called Jesse the house manager and he was the first of 3 groups to come over that day to fix the hot water. I called Jesse again on the second morning because when I fixed coffee, the coffee pot fell apart. And we noticed a dripping on the second floor rug outside the room our daughter was sleeping in. The garage was leaking from all the snow our car was bringing in- could not park in driveway as it would block neighbors entry/exit. He asked if our dogs had wet the carpet- I told him not possible when water was dripping down ceiling from garage. My husband swept as much water up as he could-- here we are on day 5 and garage is so musty smelling.....I am grateful we were able to bring our doodles and to be able to walk downtown. That is my 2 stars. Not again. We paid a premium for this holiday week and did not even get tv in our room. Don't even get me started on condition of dishes in kitchen.

What an amazing vacation! I had never been to Park City before and after our recent stay I can’t wait to go back! We had the most perfect weather at the beginning of March, during the day it was nice and sunny and at night we could walk around and enjoy the downtown atmosphere. The house we stayed in was the perfect location, right off the downtown strip. In the morning we could walk right around the corner to a cozy fire place lit breakfast or had all the accommodations need to stay in and make our own feast. When it was time to hit the slopes the ski lift was conveniently located right down the street. The house we stayed in was very spacious and had all the accommodations just like home. I would recommend this vacation spot to anyone, from the beginners (like myself) to the professional snow bunnies (like the rest of my group). If you’re looking for the perfect ski get away this is the place!
Just spent the last 5 days at this property, and could not be more satisfied. We had a large group of 15 people stay between the two rental homes and had a blast. The rooms were spacious, clean, stocked and centrally located in the best area. We walked to dinner every night and even the lift. Highly recommended! Hoping to make it an annual trip and rental stay!
The location of the condo is perfect - walking distance (even in ski boots) to lifts and main street. Condo was fully stocked with dishes and cookware, and even laundry equipment. Plenty of room and the hot tub was great after a long day on the slopes. Can’t wait to come back!
Never get bored skiing: House is 5 mins walk to Park City Mountain lifts, 5 mins drive to Deer Valley ski area, 10 mins drive to Canyons ski area, 60 mins drive to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude and Sundanc!
