This gorgeous newly-renovated 4-level townhouse sleeps 7 - 10 in style and comfort, and with the massive open-plan communal living / dining areas is ideally suited for groups and families. The location is un-rivalled in Park City: on a quiet residential street yet literally steps from Main Street restaurants/bars/amenities, and 200m from Town Lift for easy ski access (ski-in from Quit-n-Time run!)

Features include: Chef's kitchen w/ marble counter-tops and top-end appliances, huge split-level open-plan living/dining area with breakfast bar, oak dining table (seats 8), board games station, upper-level lounge area (with leather couches, plasma TV, DVD player, Playstation 3), plasma TVs w/ DVD player in each bedroom, 3 en-suite bathrooms (2 with wall-to-wall vanity mirrors) and full carpet / wood floors throughout.

We bought this house because we love skiing, and just adore Utah and in particular Park City. Unfortunately we cannot ski all the time, but happily that means that our beautiful ski home is your to rent!

Historic Old Town is central to everything in Park City, and full of beautifully maintained historic homes and buildings in an interesting neighborhood. It's the very opposite of a soulless condo development!

What makes this house unique

Drinking coffee in the morning sun on the back deck, or firing up the grill or relaxing in the jumbo hot-tub in the afternoon light on the other one. Having space to entertain 8 people for dinner, or to watch a movie, in the massive split-level open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. Falling asleep after a hard day's skiing in the luxurious, soft beds in the tastefully decorated en-suite bedrooms.

DISAPPOINTED

My group stayed at the house from Feb 26-Mar 2. Generally, the house was not in pristine condition as I've experienced in houses I've rented in Park City over the past 7 years. Paint was old, rugs were dirty, dishes were dirty and wires hanging from the TVs and the house just felt a bit run down. Our biggest two issues were that the upon arrival the hot tub was cold and filthy. After many calls to Lespri, Jesse was finally called out to help. On our last day, a technician was called in to clean the tub so we finally got to use it on the last day. The second big issue was the pull out couch on the 3rd floor - totally broken and unusable. An air mattress was delivered - dropped off in the kitchen. Attached are some pictures to give the viewers some idea. Before writing this review I left half a dozen unanswered phone messages for Sara, who I was told handles customer issues.

Great location but.....

This house has not been well maintained. On our arrival,there was no hot water on the first floor,the keys did not work, and there were several other minor repairs needed. I called Jesse the house manager and he was the first of 3 groups to come over that day to fix the hot water. I called Jesse again on the second morning because when I fixed coffee, the coffee pot fell apart. And we noticed a dripping on the second floor rug outside the room our daughter was sleeping in. The garage was leaking from all the snow our car was bringing in- could not park in driveway as it would block neighbors entry/exit. He asked if our dogs had wet the carpet- I told him not possible when water was dripping down ceiling from garage. My husband swept as much water up as he could-- here we are on day 5 and garage is so musty smelling.....I am grateful we were able to bring our doodles and to be able to walk downtown. That is my 2 stars. Not again. We paid a premium for this holiday week and did not even get tv in our room. Don't even get me started on condition of dishes in kitchen.

Owner's Response: Dear Madam (I'm afraid i don't know your name as you didn't book with us through VRBO, but rather through a travel agent, so i will assume that this is really is a genuine review and you are the party who stayed over New Year's Eve), I would very much have liked to have had the opportunity to discuss your experience directly with you but unfortunately you have chosen to remain anonymous. Firstly I'd like to say that I'm very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us, but however I think you may be doing us a slight disservice with your review in a couple of aspects. For example unfortunately in a mountain town in winter in is actually pretty common for us to experience snow, and so it is not unusual to find that snow may sometimes accompany your car when you drive it into the indoor garage from outside. It's been our experience over the years that snow brought indoors can melt, which i think accounts for the water you saw in the garage. With regards to your other experience with water, my understanding is that there was a slightly loose faucet in the kitchen sink which was preventing that tap dispensing hot water for a couple of hours until our house manager came over to fix. I apologise for this inconvenience, although we believe we responded immediately and resolved it nearly as fast, but also please accept our apologies for us having to replace a coffee pot during your stay (though i believe that was also handled within an hour of you notifying our house manager). Unfortunately in busy periods sometimes the kitchenware can experience heightened wear and tear from our guests and sometimes we miss this on our post check-out review. Again, i'm sorry that we had to replace the coffee pot, but as you yourself note we were able to do this extremely promptly which i hope minimised the disruption to your day! Thank you though for noting our amazingly central location in Park City - we love it too! Although this may be futile I hope you would consider staying with us again in the future so you can see that your experience is not typical for our guests, and furthermore I would be delighted if you were willing to contact me directly through VRBO so we could discuss this further. Many thanks.

Best Location In Park City!

What an amazing vacation! I had never been to Park City before and after our recent stay I can’t wait to go back! We had the most perfect weather at the beginning of March, during the day it was nice and sunny and at night we could walk around and enjoy the downtown atmosphere. The house we stayed in was the perfect location, right off the downtown strip. In the morning we could walk right around the corner to a cozy fire place lit breakfast or had all the accommodations need to stay in and make our own feast. When it was time to hit the slopes the ski lift was conveniently located right down the street. The house we stayed in was very spacious and had all the accommodations just like home. I would recommend this vacation spot to anyone, from the beginners (like myself) to the professional snow bunnies (like the rest of my group). If you’re looking for the perfect ski get away this is the place!

Great location, beautiful home!

Just spent the last 5 days at this property, and could not be more satisfied. We had a large group of 15 people stay between the two rental homes and had a blast. The rooms were spacious, clean, stocked and centrally located in the best area. We walked to dinner every night and even the lift. Highly recommended! Hoping to make it an annual trip and rental stay!

Perfect Park City Vacation!!!!

The location of the condo is perfect - walking distance (even in ski boots) to lifts and main street. Condo was fully stocked with dishes and cookware, and even laundry equipment. Plenty of room and the hot tub was great after a long day on the slopes. Can’t wait to come back!
