Updated in 2011 with granite countertops and brand new kitchen. 2nd floor duplex on the oceanblock Harvey Cedars. Roof top deck has nice water views. Very close to beach and short walk into town for ice cream. Bay beach is also on 75th St so is very convenient.

The grill is not shared, the grill marked Unit 2 is only for the second floor guest.The front 2nd floor deck, and the back 2nd floor deck, and the third floor bayside deck are only accessible to the 2nd floor guest.

There are two third floor decks, a bayside deck only accessible from the second floor, and an ocean side third floor deck that is NOT accessible to any tenants since it is accesible only from the 3rd floor only (locked by owner and not for rent). No tenants have use of the third floor ocean side deck. The bayside 3rd floor deck is accessible via a spiral staircase that only the second floor guest has access to and there is a great view for enjoying sunsets over the bay each evening.
