Peace and quiet await you on 72' of Charlevoix lakefront off secluded Cedar Lane. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bath home is conveniently located between Charlevoix, Boyne City and East Jordan on the southern shore of Lake Charlevoix's main body. There is a play structure, sand box, bikes and water toys to keep the kids entertained. The kids love the babbling brook which runs down the property line and parents enjoy the soothing sound of it at night. An extensive dock and 3,000lb Shore Station protect your boat and help you to fully enjoy Lake Charlevoix. The house was remodeled in 2006. It has a warm and homey feel with an open kitchen/dinette and family room with outstanding views of the lake. The new master bedroom suite has a queen and twin sized bed, a bathroom with double sinks, and a walk-in closet. Kids love the room with two sets of brand new bunk beds. The third bedroom sleeps 4 very comfortably in queen and full sized beds. You can relax and enjoy waterfront living!

  • $900-2200/Week
  • $300 security deposit and 1/2 of total rental amount required to confirm reservation. (For summer 2009 reservations: $300 due at time of reservation, $1150 due on 1/1/09 and the remaining $1150 due 30 days prior to arrival date.) Deposit will be refunded in full if reservation is cancelled 60 days before scheduled arrival date. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

    The rate for major holidays is $1,100/Week or $275/night with a 2 night minimum stay. This includes: Winter Break, Mid-Winter Break, Spring Break and Memorial Day Weekend.

Feel the seclusion with access from private Cedar Lane and no road between the house and lake. Enjoy lakefront living with family and friends. Private dock with 12,000 lb hydraulic boat hoist. Large lawn with fire pit for great campfires. Deck with picnic table. A wood burning fireplace, grill, and washer/dryer. Two TVs with cable (32-inch in family room and 27-inch in master bedroom). DVD player and stereo in the family room. Fully equipped kitchen. Play structure, sand box, bikes and water toys.

There are a lot of activities to keep you busy: boating, swimming, golfing, fishing, shopping in nearby Charlevoix and Petoskey. There are also a lot of special events happening in the nearby cities all summer long. The home is close to Boyne Mountain's Golf and Avalanche Bay Water Park, as well as Petoskey casino. Winter activities include downhill and cross country skiing, and snowmobiling.
