A picnic area has been arranged with an old Franklin stove serving as a chimnea, chuck wagon style BBQ grill and a picnic table to give a 'camping out' feel to your family feast. A gas grill is also available for your convenience. Baby Bear Lodge offers plush new mattresses for a great night's sleep. You will find a queen in the master bedroom and the loft is set up with a double and a twin bed. The loft, not full standing, makes a cozy and comfortable sleeping area for adults or a fun playroom/bedroom for your children. Very small children should not be left unattended in the loft and can use the futon sofa in the living room for a safer sleeping option. We have decorated our Baby Bear Lodge with an attractive selection of cabin 'Bear' art and mountain scenes. The master bedroom is warm and cozy with an antique look. This cabin is set up perfectly for families, yet would make a wonderful romantic getaway for couples.
Your vacation in Colorado's Pikes Peak region and at Baby Bear Lodge will remain forever in a lifetime of wonderful memories!!! Amenities: Complete kitchen including coffee, tea, spices, foil and plastic wrap, washer/dryer, local phone, local TV, VCR, DVD, hot tub, pellet wood stove, gas BBQ, chuckwagon style charcoal BBQ, deck furniture, towels and linens provided. Activities: Nearby activities include less than 2 hours to world class Skiing or white water rafting.
