Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

Sweetwater Club is a resort condominium with a variety of activities to suit all ages. The condominium is located off route US192 and minutes away from Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios.

The condominium is privately owned, well-appointed and maintained. It has all the comforts of home, except we will clean after your stay. The condominium features a full kitchen, dining table & chairs, carpeted & ceramic tile floor and a spacious cathedral ceiling living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa. The living room and all bedrooms are furnished with its own cable TV. Wireless Internet is included. We also have similar lower floor Unit.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with its own bath and walkout balcony. The fully furnished second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. An infant crib is also provided. The 3 bedroom and 2 bath condominium will easily accommodate up to 8 people.

A management company is available for assistance during your stay. We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. For additional information and photos, visit Owner's website or send an e-mail.

Love this property! From searching online to making reservations everything was simple and professional. Upon receipt of payment, (very reasonable for what you get) clear and prescise instructions from driving directions to how to get into your unit was easy and efficient. This property was well cleaned prior to occupancy and delivered on its promise when describing and showing pictures of same. The property in genreal is well cleaned and manicured. Great location to everything from standard foodstores to large retailers like Walmart and Target. Every conceivable fastfood on the nearby 192,
close enough to all theme parks, and the very popular Universal Drive Strip. If you have a rental car and can follow directions you can venture out further and visit the The Great Florida Mall. Further to this, this is an ideal location becuse you can also branch out to other areas like Orlando Downtown, Kennedy Space Centre, Tampa etc. Oh.... did I forget to mention that our recent trip in February 2008 was our fifth (5th) stay with Sweetwater!
I alwys rsuggest/propose this property along with Villas of Somerset to all my friends and family. As a matter of fact one of my very close friends is staying at Sweetwter in July because of my recommdation.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Very Nice Place !

We were so pleased with this rental. It was like a home away from home. It was all it was advertised to be. Clean, quite and everything to work with; just an overall great place. We met our sister and brother-in-law from Kansas there and they were as pleased with it as we were. We highly recommend this beautiful place. It is also close to the parks and there are many shopping places to meet all your needs. Great restaurants to dine at. We would definately stay here again.
