Unit is on 4th floor with patio on East side providing sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. Beautiful ocean and beach view. Short walk on beach to the new 5 Star Sanctuary Resort.

NO PETS ALLOWED Activities: Golf, Biking, Beach Sunbathing and Swimming, Tennis, Hiking, Fishing, Wildlife viewing, Shopping, Boating, Surfing, Historic Tourist Attractions Area:Kiawah is a 10 mile long island with a beautiful sand beach located 27 miles South of Charleston, SC. It is one of the premier vacation spots on the Atlantic coast with great golf, dinning, beaches, historic attractions, and beautiful weather.

For the avid golfer there are many challenging courses on and off the island. Groceries available just outside the main gate. Wonderful South Carolina dinning on Kiawah, near by at Freshfields or Bohicket Mairna. Or drive into historic Charleston for sightseeing, shopping and great food. There are many attractions such as Ft. Sumpter, the acquariam, the Historic Battery area and old historic restored homes, Rainbow Row, the Charleston Straw Market, lots of shopping, and outstanding restaurants. A relaxing and interesting place to visit. Around in the area are old Southern Plantations, Patriots Point and many other attractions. You can't see it all in one visit but one visit will be very satisfying and convince you to come back.

This was a very nice condo. Very nicely updated. We too had problems with the mattress, and the rental agency replaced the mattress. Wonderful ocean view. Quiet & relaxing. The only thing that was bad, was, the shower in the master bath did not drain well and the water was backwards. After thinking we would be taking cold showers, my husband figured it out. There should be screens on some windows also, so if you have young kids you would need to watch them by the reading nook windows.

Best view and very nice furnishings!

My family loved this propery and it's location. The view was amazing, and the kitchen and bathrooms very upscale for a rental. Also really liked the furnishings. Everything was very clean. We would rent this property again if the owner fixed a couple of things. The master bed is way too soft and needs to be replaced. My husband could not even sleep in it. The other problem was that some of the windows were missing screens, and could be opened far enough for a child to easily fall out. Unfortunately, the bed would keep us from going back, but that would be the only reason. We loved everything else, but a really bad bed is a future dealbreaker.

We stayed in this villa over last July 4th and it was absolutely perfect. The beach and ocean views are fabulous and a treat to wake up to each day. The villa is newly renovated and beautifully decorated. It has loads of amentities, fully stocked kitchen, great master bedroom and bath, flat screen TV's with DVD players and a windowseat overlooking the beach. The beds were new and incredibly comfortable. We can't wait to go back and stay again and have more time to explore Kiawah Island!

A wonderful tastefully decorated unit, with every comfort! It was very clean and the kitchen was especially well stocked with pots and pans and dishes, all what you need and more to cook a delicous meal!
Beautiful view of the ocean and conveniently located to everything you want to do on Kiawah, and right on the ocean!
If you want to stay in a beautiful unit and enjoy yourselves, chose this one, you can't go wrong!
