7 Bedroom home, 2 baths (outdoor shower), sleeps 14, ocean view

Our property is a classic Cape Cod home located at the top of historic Falmouth Heights. The home has been lovingly restored to it's original glory and is full of Cape Cod Charm. The home is located within a short walk to the beach and the yard offers some of the best views of Martha's Vineyard. The downstairs features an updated kitchen, dining area, full bathroom, two bedrooms, an over sized living room and a large front porch with great views of the beach. The upstairs has five bedrooms and a full bath. The upstairs bedrooms provide some of the best views on the Heights. The house has a large yard with plenty of patio furniture and gas grill. The location is ideal for vacation the home is in Falmouth Heights a short walk to the Heights public beach and park (baseball field, basketball court, and large open field). In addition, the area has 2 local restaurants. The Falmouth Inner Harbor is 1/2 mile walk with fishing, boating, sailing, and restaurants. Downtown Falmouth 1 mile

There's a large yard, outdoor shower, gas grill, and don't forget the views!

Falmouth Heights is the perfect location for a family vacation. The homes location sits at the top of the Heights cliff and offers views of the Heights Beach and Martha's Vineyard. The Heights Beach is a public beach with soft sand and warm waters. Across from the beach is the Heights park which has a baseball field, basketball court, and plenty of open space for playing. The Heights location is under 1/2 mile to the Falmouth Inner Harbor which features the Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard. The Harbor is a great location to watch the boats or dine in many of the waterfront restaurants or If sports are your game then the Harbor has sailing, power boats, and sport fishing. The Falmouth downtown location is 1 1/2 miles from the house. Downtown is a quaint New England Cape main street full of local shops for clothes, toys, souvenirs, and restaurants. There's also a new shopping plaza for groceries and additional shops. Falmouth has several first class golf courses.

What a great spot in the Heights! The house was as advertised; clean, big, plenty of extra amenities, and what a view! We had a wonderful stay enjoying all the Cape has to offer! We hope to return again next summer!

We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our vacation at your home. The entire family hasn’t been able to get away in a long time. The house was clean, had plenty of space for everyone, and the proximity to local attractions was key. Our children had a blast swimming at the Heights Beach, playing at the park, and of course going to the Vineyard. One of our favorite moments was catching a Cape Cod League baseball game in Falmouth.

Thank you for letting us use your home. We were here for my friends' wedding in Falmouth at the Flying Bridge. I really appreciate you accommodating us to host a small post wedding BBQ at the house. Everyone had a great time and the side yard provided plenty of space. We now have even more fond memories on the Cape and your house played a key role in making it all happen.

Our stay at the house was great. The property manager was very kind and accommodating. He met us at the property to provide keys and a walk through. The house was clean and unlike our last rental you provided linens, towels, and basic toiletries. The location was perfect for our family. Just a quick walk across the street to the beach, several local restaurants in walking distance, and downtown is about a five minute drive. We had a great week and we absolutely would stay there again.
