Enjoy your summer vacation at this cute three bedroom home with A/C and your small pet is welcome too! 1st floor has 2 bedrooms one with double bed and the other two twins the 2nd floor has large open loft bedroom with Queen bed and fantastic views of the pond. Living area is open and cheery with large stone fireplace and sliders all around leading to deck over the pond. Handy to Main St Falmouth, shopping, dining and movie going. Lowel level has walk out and washer and dryer, one full bath with tub/shower combo. (Beach is not private, Dogs are not allowed on Beach per Association).RATE:$1500 per week in summer plus cleaning fee of $120 made payable to owner.
