This luxurious 3000 sq. ft. vacation villa has 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, four of which are en suite and features a large private pool and hot tub that backs onto a wooded conservation area, wireless high speed internet access, fully air-conditioned and TV's in all bedrooms .

The outside pool and hot tub area is not overlooked at the rear by any other villas and looks out over a lake and a conservation area where you can watch the wildlife and eagles.

There is a games room with pool, foosball, air hockey, darts and table and bar stools.

Only 3 miles from Disney this house is perfectly located for all of the major theme parks but will also allow you to escape from the crowds and relax.

Our vacation villa is situated in Emerald Island Resort, Kissimmee, which is 2 miles south west of Disney, Orlando, and only 1 mile from U.S. 192 and approximately 2 miles from Interstate Highway 4. You cannot rent a house much nearer to Disney. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the major theme parks Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios and the water parks Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach that are all within the 47 square mile Disney property. Sea World is only 14 miles and takes about 20 minutes, Universal Studios which is 18 miles away takes about 25 minutes. There are more than 30 golf courses in the area including the 5 within Disney. There are numerous restaurants in the area. You will be spoiled for choice if you like shopping as there are shopping malls within a very short drive. The brand new Mall at Millenia has all of the latest designer names. Renowned beaches like Cocoa and Daytona are a 75 mile drive as is Kennedy Space Centre.

Swimming Pool Area : The villa offers a 30x15 feet pool with spill over hot tub that can be heated if need be. The deck area has been extended to 40 x 30 feet to offer ample sunbathing space. There are 8 chairs and two tables for that drink or meal outside and 6 sun loungers. A lanai (porch) measuring 40 x10 feet offers a welcome shade area for those who do not want to spend all their time under the sun. All in all the back of the house is endowed with a 1600 sq ft area that offers all the amenities to swim, play and relax. A gas barbecue is also available if requested at the time of booking.

As a party of 7 it was really nice to find a home that could accommodate us easily and more importantly plenty of beds around the pool and places to sit. The home was really easy to find, well equipped and really clean. A great place to stay in our opinion and great for multiple families. If we have a group as large as this again we will definately be booking again. Many thanks also to the owner who was a great communicator.

Paul - We have just returned from our fabulous Disney vacation. Your home is lovely, very comfortable and served all of our needs extremely well. It was so relaxing to come home from the parks and sit in the spa and we had a lovely day yesterday enjoying the pool. I highly recommend this Villa to anyone visiting the Orlando area. The house is spacious, clean, beautifully furnished and close to all amenities.Paul the owner was great to deal with and everything he told us or has listed about the property is as good if not better then what we expected. Emerald Isle Is a great place to stay and you can not go wrong with this property. I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised at just how nice it is.

Paul, Where do I start? The house was fantastic, roomy and clean. My family loved it! It is very close to the theme parks which made a big difference when you were tired. Great Vacation Home

This was a very nice home for our large party to stay in. Private pool was great for all when we were not visiting the parks (which are very close by) The jacuzzi got very hot with the heat and felt great on tired muscles. There were plenty of towels (bath and beach) provided - very helpful. Great patio with plenty of outdoor seating. The home's layout gave privacy to all, especially with 5 1/2 baths. When everyone went to their own space, it felt as though you had the place to yourself. Would very likely recommend this property to friends.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
