Spacious and beautifully furnished 3BR/2BA contemporary style home in prestigious East Egg community. Private access to association beach on Pleasant Bay which is less than half mile away (access from Ellersie to Carlton to Little Bay Rd.) Nice open floor plan, large three season room for extra living space, and fully equipped kitchen. Main bedroom located on first floor with two additional bedrooms located upstairs. Nice seating area upstairs as well. NO PETS ALLOWED. This home rents for $2500 per week in season. $55 Vacation Rental Damage Coverage, $60 Handling Fee (fee’s non-refundable).
