Kayakers heaven! Spacious 3 bedroom - 3 bath home steps from a landing on Pleasant Bay. Two levels of living includes 2 master bedrooms-one with a small deck. Main level has newer kitchen with granite countertops and open fire-placed living area w/doors to back deck, dining room, BR w/king and a full bath. Down a few stairs is a separate living space with queen sleep sofa in one area and extra pull-out in another little nook. Two upper levels bedrooms, one with a king and the other with 2 twins, each with separate baths. Great location, central air on first floor, window a/c units in upstairs bedrooms, Sleeps 7. PETS ALLOWED. $2600 per wk in season. $55 Vacation Rental Damage Coverage, $60 Handling Fee, (fees non-refundable).
