Classic Cape Cod cottage in Nauset Heights with wonderful ocean views from most rooms and upper level deck and just 1/4 mile to Nauset Beach! You ll definitely hear the roar of the ocean in this quiet, private setting with rolling lawn and sleeping space for everyone. 4 bedrooms plus a loft and 3 baths. King and Double on 1st floor, Queen and 2 twins on 2nd floor, and Queen in lower level walk out basement. Sleeps 9. This home also has wireless internet, unlimited long distance calls, and a printer/scanner/copier for your use. Outdoor shower with curtain enclosure. NO PETS ALLOWED. $4200 per week in season.$55 Vacation Rental Damage Coverage Fee (VRD), $60 Handling Fee (fees non-refundable).
